SPRING BREAK CAMPs

The Mississippi Children’s Museum – Meridian offers instructor-led fall and winter day camps with themes centered around our educational initiatives.

  • Camp days run from 8:00am-5:00pm, and are appropriate for children in Kindergarten – 4th grade
  • Regular Rate (per day): $50 | Member Rate (per day): $45 | Full Week Rate: $225
  • IMPORTANT: If you are a member, be sure to SIGN IN to your account on the registration form for a 10% discount!

2026 CAMP DATES & THEMES

Sign up for a full week of STEAM-powered fun! Each day of camp focuses on a different area of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math, giving campers the chance to explore, create, and experiment in new ways all week long.

Dive into innovation at Terrific Technology Camp! Campers explore coding, gadgets, and creative tech challenges while learning how technology shapes the world around them.

Build big ideas at Epic Engineering Camp! Campers design, test, and create through hands-on engineering challenges that encourage problem-solving and creativity.

Unleash creativity at Amazing Art Camp! Campers explore different art styles and materials while creating masterpieces that celebrate imagination and self-expression.

Celebrate numbers in a fun way at Pi Day Camp! Campers explore math through hands-on activities, puzzles, and tasty experiments inspired by the magic of π (pi).

Day Camp Fee:

Non-Members: $50 per day

MCM Members: $45 per day (10 % Member’s Discount)

Full Week Rate: $225

Campers can add-on lunch for an additional fee. If you do not register for lunch, please pack a lunch and bring a water bottle!

Included in camp fees:

  • Supplies for activities and experiments
  • Standard daily museum admission and programs
  • Morning and afternoon snacks

Daily Camp Overview:

Campers may arrive as early as 8:00 am and stay until 5:00 pm.

8:00 to 8:30Drop-off and free choice
8:30 to 8:45Welcome, daily tasks, safety reminders, camp announcements
8:45 to 11:45Educational programming, snack, outdoor play, educational programs
11:45 to 12:30Lunch, quiet reading time
12:30 to 2:00Museum exploration
2:00 to 4:00Story Time, educational programming, museum programming, snack
4:00 to 5:00Pick-up and free choice

Cancellation Policy for Camp:

  • Cancellation requests made 2 weeks before the scheduled camp’s start date will result in a full refund
  • Cancellation requests made less than 2 weeks before the scheduled camp’s start date may result in a refund on a case-by-case basis with documentation
