Pollinator’s Playground

Pollinator’s Playground

Pollinator’s Playground is a free, public space where children and adults can visit to learn about the role of pollinators in our everyday lives. The Pollinator’s Playground helps sustain native pollinator species while also serving as a living, learning laboratory.

Pollinators, like bees and butterflies, along with birds, bats, and other animals are vitally important not only for maintaining the health of local ecosystems but also for agriculture. Honey bees pollinate approximately 80% of the fruit, vegetables, and seed crops cultivated in the United States!
