Mindfulness (noun): the practice of being completely present and in the moment. To slow down and be aware of your surroundings while embracing your senses and feelings.

Mindful Mornings uses a holistic approach to health. It equips both children and their caregivers with the ability to explore new wellness techniques. Join us every Thursday this summer at 11:00am as we care for the mind, body, and soul.
