NAS Meridian Freedom Fest
June 28, 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

The Mississippi Children’s Museum-Meridian is bringing Imagination Playground to NAS Meridian for Freedom Fest. Be sure to stop by and let your creativity take flight while enjoying live music, food vendors, an interactive play area and a fireworks extravaganza! This event is open to active duty military personnel, retirees, DoD civilians and dependents. Admittance is free. Pets are not allowed.


Meridianite Picnic
June 29, 1:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The National Council of Meridianites, Inc. will celebrate their 53rd annual picnic at Highland Park from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. The Mississippi Children’s Museum – Meridian invites you to stop by our tent near the Denzel Carousel and flex your creative muscles with the larger than life building blocks of our beloved traveling exhibit Imagination Playground.
