What specifically does this campaign support?
Your support of this campaign will allow us to continue to offer exciting STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) programs and exhibits for all children who visit the museum, as well as provide experiences to children across the state through our outreach programs.
Why is STEM education important?
We think it is very important that children have the opportunity to experience these subjects in a hands-on way that encourages them to explore more! Through innovative STEM-based exhibits, programs, and special events, MCM is helping children develop critical thinking skills, creativity, and real-world problem solving through working together and trying new things.
What are some of MCM’s STEM programs and exhibits?
At MCM, not only do we have an entire STEM-centered gallery in World at Work, but we also include STEM subjects in our exhibits throughout the museum!
