Mississippi Children's Museum

Individual Giving

There are several ways for individuals to contribute to the Mississippi Children’s Museum and its mission.

Inspire a Child Annual Fund:

Give to the Inspire a Child Annual Fund which provides critical funding for on-going museum operations including exhibits and programs. Currently, admission sales only account for about 29% of the museum’s overall operating budget. MCM relies on generous community support to be able to continue to provide unparalleled experiences that ignite a thirst for discovery, knowledge, and learning in all children!

Ways to Give:

  • Write a check made payable to “Mississippi Children’s Museum” and mail to:
    Mississippi Children’s Museum
    Attn: Inspire a Child
    P.O. Box 55409
    Jackson, MS 39296
  • Call 601.709.8356 to provide credit card information by phone.
  • Give a gift of stock or securities.

Tribute and Memorial Gifts:

A tribute or memorial gift is a wonderful way to honor or memorialize a special child, parent, grandparent, friend, family member, or business associate while providing you the opportunity to support MCM.

Your tax-deductible gift will be acknowledged with a personalized card to the honored individual or family informing them of your donation and a tax acknowledgement letter will be sent to you.

For more information about tribute and memorial gifts, please contact Director of Development, Emily Hoff at 601.709.8356.

Buy a Brick:

You can also celebrate a special person in your life with a personalized, etched brick. Bricks are permanent markers with your celebration, memorial, or personal message which can be placed on the C Spire Plaza or in the Literacy Garden. Bricks are available in two sizes:
